First Line has global appeal

Just months after relaunching its revised corporate website, www.firstline.co.uk . First Line, the supplier of steering and suspension components has reported that it now has more than 4,500 registered users.
The breakdown of the users has revealed some surprising results and includes distributors, installers and car owners from all around the world. Analysing the users, all of whom have to register their email to log in to the site, traces a journey that takes First Line everywhere from Albania and Algeria to the USA and West Indies via places as diverse as Brazil, Japan and South Africa.
As well as keeping up-to-date with new additions to the product range, one of the most popular destinations on the site is First Line's excellent Webcat parts catalogue, which provides exceptional product detail and information with great clarity.
Users can search both automotive and light commercial applications for numerous vehicle marques and once a specific product group is identified, the individual parts can be viewed with the aid of images to ensure the correct part is located. Another very useful feature is the cross-reference function, which allows users to search for parts with multiple applications.
Also popular with users is the technical section, which provides them with monthly technical tips and detailed technical bulletins. The bulletins, which are available as individual PDF's that can be downloaded and printed, give detailed technical information and fitting instructions for those particularly unusual applications or notoriously difficult jobs.
All of the information in the First Line site is free to users and is made available to help those who need to fit their matching OE quality components in the most efficient and professional manner.
First Line customers are also encouraged to use the site as an information resource for its comprehensive range of marketing material. Product information sheets obviously provide a very useful overview of each product group, but there is also the opportunity to personalise some of the marketing material to make it even more effective in their business.
